Just discovered why people commit mass murder. Last week, a lady from Bell Canada called me to ask how I feel about my answering machine. Just fine, thanks. Today, a lady from Bell Canada called me to ask how I felt about the call from the lady who called to ask how I felt about my answering machine. A little less fine? Perhaps.
So many phone calls, but no one at Bell seems to think it's a problem that I can't see my phone bill on their website and I can't get a paper bill without phoning to ask for it without cancelling electronic billing on their (defunct and crappy) website!
I feel like good service= solving actual problems, but does not = calling to harass me.
